Our team advise on projects which may require one or a number of consents including marine licence, terrestrial planning permission, harbour revision, empowerment or closure orders and related environmental consents. We advise on interference with the public right of navigation, EIA deferrals, statutory harbour powers associated with structure maintenance.


Natural Resources

Our Team help manage businesses exploit, protect and regulate natural resources, whether oil, gas, or minerals. We act for developers in relation to projects whether mines and minerals have been excepted from the freehold title or registered under a separate title, and with the redevelopment of land within former coal mines.
