Our focus is on assisting clients with drought prevention; asset repairs, maintenance and upgrades; and providing regulatory and corporate advice, whilst further supporting them in their objectives relating to PR24, renewable energy and sustainability.

We advise on a broad spectrum of projects across the water sector, including advice on planning and delivery, governance mechanisms, licensing, approval requirements, and regulatory compliance. In addition, we regularly advise on the establishment of industry joint ventures, and the acquisition and sale of companies and development sites, along with the necessary property work in respect of essential wayleaves and easements.

On the contentious side, we advise on the resolution of construction disputes and have acted on numerous enforcement actions (defence and prosecution) pursuant to all environmental and water industry regulations.
