A proactive and pragmatic approach to resolving property disputes for landowners, developers, landlords and tenants.
We have extensive experience advising on often complex property disputes for a wide range of clients including commercial developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors and local authorities.
Our experience ranges from commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, service charge claims and insolvency issues to redevelopment project disputes and equitable proprietary remedies including trusts of land and land disputes.
We regularly advise on property related professional negligence claims and claims for breach of banking covenants relating to property. We also manage claims against solicitors, accountants and surveyors where there is a dispute related to negligent professional advice.
We understand that litigation can be a daunting and potentially costly and lengthy process. We therefore take a proactive and pragmatic approach to case handling, seeking ways to resolve matters at an early stage. We will always work closely with you to make sure that our approach is guided by achieving your objectives; finding creative and cost effective solutions to any unexpected challenges.
