We have extensive experience advising on often complex property disputes for a wide range of clients including commercial developers, housebuilders, corporate occupiers, investors and local authorities.
Our experience ranges from commercial and residential landlord and tenant disputes, service charge claims and insolvency issues to redevelopment project disputes and equitable proprietary remedies including trusts of land and land disputes.
We regularly advise on property related professional negligence claims and claims for breach of banking covenants relating to property. We also manage claims against solicitors, accountants and surveyors where there is a dispute related to negligent professional advice.
We understand that litigation can be a daunting and potentially costly and lengthy process.
