Our Risk and Compliance team will arrange for your complaint to be investigated in accordance with the procedure set out below:
We will acknowledge your complaint promptly, but in any event within 30 days.
If we need clarification on any aspects of your complaint, we will ask for further information before investigating your complaint.
Our investigation will include a review of the data that has been processed in relation to the issues you have complained about and a review of what has happened. We will also speak as necessary to individuals involved in the matter. We will keep you informed of the progress of our investigation.
Upon conclusion of our investigation, we will write to you and explain what we have done to resolve the complaint and, where appropriate, any actions we have taken as a result. We will communicate the outcome of your complaint to you without undue delay.

You have the right to raise a data protection complaint with the ICO at any time. You do not have to wait for us to review your complaint or respond before complaining to the ICO. We would, however, appreciate the chance to deal with your concerns before you do so.
