Our experienced team works on a full spectrum of transactions. For early-stage businesses with high growth potential this can include incorporation, angel and seed funding and then supporting on successive funding rounds.

Funding for those at a later stage of development can be about securing investments to finance expansion into new markets or internationally, and we regularly support clients to do this working with venture capital firms, private equity and other investors. We regularly act as lead adviser to syndicates of investment funds on complex investment rounds and frequently advise on transactions that include US and European cross border elements.

We have substantial experience acting on the sale of venture backed businesses including to some of the largest acquirers in the world and have a deep understanding of the market and dynamics involved these processes.
