Chris is a partner in the corporate team and Head of the Technology & Digital Transformation Sector.
Chris specialises in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, advising a wide range of UK and international investment funds and growth companies. He has significant experience in European and U.S. cross-border investments and exits.
He is recognised in both the Legal 500 and the Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession.

- Volution: Advising venture capital investor Volution on a $165m funding round led by Battery Ventures in global risk and reputation intelligence platform Signal AI
- Currencycloud: Advising investors including Sapphire Ventures, Accomplice, Notion Capital and Anthemis on a $80m Series E investment round in fintech payment platform Currencycloud, subsequently acquired by Visa for £700m
- Fathom: Advising flood risk intelligence provider Fathom on strategic investment rounds and its acquisition by global reinsurance company Swiss Re
