Biography
Alexis is a partner in the corporate team based in London, specialising in private equity and venture capital, and private company M&A.
Alexis acts for PE and VC houses, family offices, management teams and a mixture of early-stage and more mature corporates, in each case across a number of sectors which include Healthcare and Life Sciences, Technology and Financial Services.
Alexis spent the majority of his career at a leading international city law firm before joining Ashfords.
Alexis has a masters degree in law from Cambridge University.
