•    Acting for a Local Authority on their commercial property investment strategy, involving the acquisition of a number of large-scale assets across the country for significant values across various sectors including retail, offices, leisure and logistics warehousing.

•    Acting for the Courtenay Group of Companies managing their extensive portfolio of properties across England and Wales.

•    Acting for Penhaligon’s in relation to new and existing commercial lease transactions and in particular management of their flagship store in Regent Street.
