Ashfords LLP announces series of promotions across the firm

Ashfords LLP is pleased to announce the promotion of Real Estate Legal Director, Emma Warren, to Partner; the promotion of five new Senior Associates and eleven Associates across the firm’s offices.

Recognising and rewarding the growth and development of employees is an integral part of the firm’s commitment to deliver an unparalleled service to clients, especially as they navigate this new commercial landscape.

Emma Warren is a specialist in Ashfords’ Real Estate team in Exeter with experience of a wide range of commercial real estate transactions in both the public and private sectors. She specialises in energy, waste and infrastructure projects and advises private and public sector clients within the health, education and energy sectors. Her promotion endorses Ashfords' real estate offering as one of the largest in the South West.

The firm has also promoted five people to Senior Associate including Jonathan Croley (Commercial & IP), Sarah Cox (Risk & Compliance), Lianne Edwards (Construction), Jonathan Hickman (Trusts & Estates) and Laura Reeve (Construction), and the following 11 people to Associate:

This latest round of promotions boosts the number of Partners at the firm to 71, Senior Associates to 23 and Associates to 53.
