Biography
Brendan is a legal director in the Corporate team, specialising in corporate finance, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
He advises investors and companies on investments and other corporate transactions, such as share buybacks and restructurings, in sectors including technology, healthcare and real estate.
Brendan joined the corporate team from the commercial litigation team, where he acted for banks in professional negligence claims against surveyors and solicitors. Before turning to law, he taught English for various colleges in the University of Oxford.
