NHS and Foundation Trusts

Providing a responsive service grounded in an understanding of the demands, constraints and regulatory controls that impact the running of the NHS and the delivery of healthcare.

We have extensive experience advising NHS bodies including Foundation Trusts. Our advice covers a wide range of areas, including: mergers and joint ventures and other collaborations; commercial agreements; public procurement; property acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant advice, construction and planning matters; employment matters; immigration; data protection; and CQC regulation and other complex regulatory and compliance issues. We also support clients with dispute resolution and CQC and HSE investigations and inquests.

When advising our NHS clients, we draw on our experience advising businesses and their investors on collaboration with the public sector in the digital health and life sciences sector. We similarly can draw on our experience advising local authorities on the commissioning of various social care and other health related services.

We are known for providing a responsive service that takes into account the political sensitivities, financial constraints and regulatory controls that affect the day-to-day work of our NHS clients and which recognises the vulnerability of patients and other service users.
