We regularly draft procurement and contractual documentation, including Invitations to Tender, Selection Questionnaires, contract notices, evaluation methodology, and contract documents, tailoring these to the individual client’s needs. 

We can review and update client template documentation to account for any updates to procurement regulation in the UK, and can advise on significant procurement challenges, both bringing them and defending them.
