Our team works with lenders to bring claims against negligent professional advisors, including solicitors and valuers. We currently act for two well-known high street banks, amongst others.

We also provide specialist tailored services to lenders within the hard and soft asset-finance sector dealing with debt claims, recoveries and third-party actions. We act for a number of the UK’s leading finance providers, often working hand-in-hand with in-house teams to provide commercial, contractual and litigation advice.

As well as Court proceedings, we can advise you on alternative dispute resolution procedures and have a wealth of experience in successfully mediating these types of disputes. We also advise lenders on allegations of fraud and on recoveries work, including claims for repossession of property.
