UK law firm Ashfords has appointed Fergus Baker as a legal director to its corporate team. Fergus will be based in the firm’s Plymouth office.
Fergus has extensive experience in a range of corporate matters, including domestic and cross-border mergers and acquisitions - on sell and buy side, joint ventures, management buy-outs, corporate governance and equity investments. He has particular expertise advising owner-managed businesses throughout all stages of their life cycle and helping business owners to achieve their exit and succession goals.
