Adjudication

Adjudication can be a quick and cost effective dispute resolution method.  However, the very short timescales and procedural requirements often mean that advice is urgently required in order to meet adjudication deadlines and present the best case.  

We have a strong adjudication practice with experience in acting for referring and responding parties in adjudications. One of our partners is an adjudicator on various panels bringing added experience from an adjudicator’s perspective.

We often see disputes relating to payment, extensions of time and loss and expense being pursued by way of adjudication, and have advised on numerous “smash and grab” payment adjudications.  

We are also experienced in enforcing adjudication decisions through proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
