Ashfords LLP boosts talent with Newly Qualified Solicitors

Leading law firm, Ashfords LLP, is delighted to announce a further promotion of four highly talented Trainee Solicitors who have been offered newly qualified Solicitor positions. Due to the firm's continued growth and expansion, 10 out of its 15 Trainee Solicitor intake have successfully qualified with the firm this year.

Since February 2018, Ashfords has offered 14 newly qualified positions across Corporate, Commercial, Employment, Real Estate, Planning, Construction and Infrastructure, Property Litigation and Trusts and Estates.  

The firm's comprehensive training contracts allow applicants a chance to work alongside Partners and Lawyers who are recognised as leaders in their field. For the sixth year running, Ashfords has been voted by students and graduates as a Guardian UK top 300 employer.

Furthermore, Ashfords is proud that 20% of its current Partners and many other Lawyers completed their training contracts with the firm. Committed to a ‘recruit to retain’ policy, as evidenced by the firm's high retention rates, Ashfords see Trainees as its Partners of the future.
