We can advise on the best way to structure a transaction for tax purposes and then how to put that structure into effect, ensuring that all relevant tax clearances and registrations are in place to avoid future disputes with HMRC.

We also advise on share-buy backs, venture capital and tax efficient investment reliefs, succession planning and overseas/inward investment matters including structuring investments in the UK by overseas investors, withholding taxes and double tax reliefs and treaties. If needed, we are experienced in liaising with the tax authorities and managing disputes efficiently and carefully if required.
