Trainee Solicitor
Charlotte is a trainee solicitor in the corporate team.
Charlotte assists on a range of M&A transactions (acting for both buyer and seller) and company reorganisations. She also works closely with Fergus Baker, who specialises in family investment companies and the private wealth sector. In addition, she assists companies with corporate secretarial work such as making filings at Companies House.
Charlotte's first seat was in the property disputes team, specialising in landlord and tenant disputes. Charlotte regularly worked with housing associations and residential landlords. She has particular experience advising on housing disrepair claims and residential possession matters.
