Talent Attraction Assistant
Alison is an Assistant in the Talent Attraction team, specialising in the recruitment of professional services and legal support employees.
Alison oversees the recruitment of all support professionals in the business, from Administrators and Legal Secretaries, to Conveyancing and HR Assistants. Alison also leads on the firm’s Apprenticeship recruitment campaigns and work experience programmes. Alison’s role is to ensure all candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process, whilst also providing an excellent service to hiring managers.
Having previously worked in retail management for over 11 years, and her most recent role being in Learning and Development for Devon and Cornwall Police, in 2023, Alison moved to in-house legal recruitment with Ashfords to utilise and expand her HR and recruitment knowledge.
