Renowned Property Lawyer Kate Topp Joins Ashfords

As part of its continuing growth and prominence in the south west property market, Ashfords appoints Bristol Real Estate specialist, Kate Topp into its Property Team. Kate, a leading residential development lawyer and former real estate Partner at Bristol law firm Osborne Clarke, will strengthen the firm’s Real Estate Team bolstering its residential development offering.

Kate is highly regarded within the development sector and brings to Ashfords a wealth of experience from acting for a number of major housebuilder clients, advising on the development of strategic land both regionally and nationally.
