Kate, a leading residential development lawyer and former real estate Partner at Bristol law firm Osborne Clarke, will strengthen the firm’s Real Estate Team bolstering its residential development offering.
Kate is highly regarded within the development sector and brings to Ashfords a wealth of experience from acting for a number of major housebuilder clients, advising on the development of strategic land both regionally and nationally.
