Aside from the threatened increase in probate court fees, looming over our heads, the ripple effect of the consequences of the unprecedented delays in the issuing of grants of representation continues to be felt by those who are involved in some way in an estate administration.
However the good news is that it appears that it will be back to business as usual from Christmas for the processing of applications!
