Senior Associate
Victoria is an SRA regulated Senior Associate in the Trusts and Estates Team, specialising entirely in wills, probate and power of attorney work.
Victoria specialises in providing advice to private individuals including High Net Worth clients on drafting wills, putting in place powers of attorney and dealing with Administration of Estates, passing either by will or intestacy, and associated trust arrangements.
She also advises on declarations of trust in connection with property co-ownership, deeds of variation and inheritance tax advice.
Victoria is a full member of Solicitors for the Elderly.
Various clients: Drafting wills, which provide for lifetime and discretionary trust arrangements, and providing associated advice on the effect of the same and appropriateness for the individuals circumstances.
