Ashfords has been named best law firm for partner approachability at the annual Legal Cheek Awards in London.
Legal Cheek is a leading UK platform providing news, analysis, careers advice, and insider insight into top law firms and chambers in the UK, and is one of the most read legal publications at trainee level. The awards are based on the views of trainees and junior lawyers from across the UK’s leading law firms which is then judged by an independent panel.

Ashfords employs over 500 people across four UK offices, with a large trainee programme consisting of seven graduate apprentices and 25 trainee solicitors. The firm has a strong track record of retaining talent, with a 100% trainee retention rate in 2023 and 85% in 2024.
