Talent Attraction Specialist
Toby is a Talent Attraction Specialist, responsible for dealing with the firm’s resourcing requirements from entry level to senior lawyers.
Having previously worked for an agency in Construction recruitment, in 2022, Toby moved to in-house legal recruitment with Ashfords.
Toby is responsible for attracting the best legal talent from entry level to senior lawyers into the firm's Real Estate and Corporate & Commercial Services Divisions, ensuring that all candidates are given a first class experience of Ashfords, from their initial engagement to joining the firm.
Toby also assists with the firm's Trainee Solicitor recruitment, specifically assisting with marketing campaigns and delivering Vacation Schemes and Assessment Centres.
