Ashfords has partnered with the Growth Forge 2024 programme as legal specialists, to support growth technology businesses. The initiative, aims to support up to 150 scaling businesses to build on their growth, deepen their expertise and achieve their commercial goals.

The programme, launched by Tech South West, will support each business individually; creating a bespoke support package with help from its specialist partners. The programme will also include three ‘Growth Days’; events that will allow these ambitious businesses to network, attend workshops and share their experiences.

Ashfords' Technology and Digital Transformation team has extensive experience working with innovative technology clients and a range of high growth businesses, driving digital transformation in their industries. Our legal professionals have particular expertise in advising clients on equity funding, software, hardware, maintenance and support contracts, escrow, cloud solutions and NFC (near field communication) agreements.

Ashfords is embedded in the technology ecosystem in the UK and internationally, supporting incubators and innovation hubs, fast growth companies and investment funds. The firm has been recognised for supporting scaling businesses across the country, including via our business scale-up hub.
