Chris is recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession for his expertise in advising UK and international investment funds, growth companies and entrepreneurs. He specialises in venture capital and mergers and acquisitions, with significant experience in European and U.S. cross-border investments and exits.
