Associate
Tom is an associate in the construction team, specialising in disputes.
He acts for developers, contractors, sub-contractors and homeowners in all stages of the dispute, from initial advice to conclusion, in adjudication, arbitration and court proceedings. He is a solicitor-advocate who has represented both claimants and defendants in the County Court and TCC.
Tom was called to the Bar at Gray's Inn before retraining as a solicitor at a Bristol firm.
Tom is a member of the Society of Construction Law and the Hon. Society of Gray's Inn.
