Solicitor
Nicole is a solicitor in the wills & inheritance disputes team, advising on a range of contentious private client matters. Her work includes claims under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975, disputes between executors and beneficiaries, challenges to the validity of wills, and proprietary estoppel claims.
Nicole began her legal career at Ashfords LLP in 2022 as a paralegal in the construction & infrastructure team. Nicole holds a Master of Laws (LLM), has completed the SQE 1 and 2, and graduated with First Class Honours in Law from the University of the West of England.
