Conveyancing Executive
Kelly is a Conveyancing Executive in the Residential & Rural Property Team. She has worked in the property department since 2005.
Kelly is an assistant to Stacey Randell, a Senior Associate, working on e on elements of residential matters which include residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), re-mortgages, transfer of equity, shared ownership, transfer of part, new build properties and purchases involving help to buy schemes and in addition works closely with estate agents.
Her role also includes recruitment and training of support staff in the department, as well as development of the computer programme used by the Residential Property team.
