Biography

Stacey is a Senior Associate (CLC) in the Residential & Rural Property team, specialising in residential sales and purchases (both freehold and leasehold), remortgages, lease extensions, deeds of variations, transfer of equities, transfer of parts, new build properties and shared ownership.  

Stacey has 20 years experience in the conveyancing sector and became fully qualified in 2018.

Stacey regularly works with local estate agents, developers and local authorities, lenders and brokers. She has particular experience advising on the Leasehold Reform Act and the regulatory aspects of extending leases.  Stacey also has vast experience in dealing with plot purchases where there is need to ensure the correct planning agreements are in place.

Stacey trained with Manchester Open Learning to obtain a Licenced Conveyancer qualification which provides specialism in the Conveyancing Sector.

Relevant experience

Stacey deals with Wandsworth Borough Council in connection with the drafting of their Leases within the District of London under the Leasehold Reform and Urban Development Act.  

Stacey has also been placed on the panel for preferred conveyancers for purchasers on several developments for developers recognised nationally 

As well as the above Stacey is referred work on a regular basis from Estate Agents within Devon and Somerset where the working relationship ensures clients get the best service .
