Talent Attraction Manager
Jessica heads up the Talent Attraction team, who are responsible for dealing with all of the firm’s resourcing requirements from entry level to senior lawyer.
Having worked across various HR specialisms since joining in 2017, Jessica has most recently moved into the role of Talent Attraction Manager. Jessica is responsible for ensuring that Ashfords attracts the best talent to meet the evolving needs of the business, and that the firm provides a first class service to both hiring managers and candidates alike in the process.
It is also Jessica's job to think creatively about how to showcase Ashfords as the stand out employer of choice, so that the Talent Attraction team are able to engage a broad spectrum of candidates with the message about what makes Ashfords unique as a law firm.
Jessica has a particular specialism in the early careers space, and leads the firm's graduate recruitment programme.
