Solicitor
Jessica is a solicitor in the real estate team, specialising in all aspects of commercial property transactions.
Jessica advises clients on a range of commercial real estate matters including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, leases, real estate finance and SIPP/SSAS scheme transactions. Jessica has particular experience acting for clients and lenders in the healthcare sector on acquisitions and disposals, ongoing property management and sale and leasebacks.
Jessica qualified in September 2023. Prior to qualifying, Jessica was a trainee solicitor at Ashfords and spent time in the construction, banking and commercial litigation teams.
