Solicitor
Jessica is a Solicitor in the Real Estate team.
Prior to joining the Real Estate team, Jessica spent six months with the Construction and Infrastructure Team assisting on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
Jessica spent the first six months of her training contract with the Real Estate team. During this time, Jessica assisted the team with advising clients regarding all stages of commercial freehold and leasehold property acquisitions and sales, social and affordable housing and development transactions. Jessica spent the second six months of her training contract with the Banking & Finance team assisting the team with advising lenders and borrowers on general finance and real estate finance matters.
Prior to completing the LLM in Professional Legal Practice and the LPC at the University of Law, Jessica studied Spanish and History at Durham University. Jessica graduated in 2018 with First Class Honours.
