Solicitor
Helene is a solicitor in the wills & inheritance disputes team, dealing with a range of matters including 1975 Act claims, inheritance disputes, executor disputes, will disputes and proprietary estoppel claims.
Helene started working for the firm as a Paralegal in the Wills & Inheritance Disputes team in 2021, after graduating from the University of Aberdeen with a First Class Honours Degree in Law with English Law and European Legal Studies. Whilst completing her training with the firm, Helene also gained experience in the Real Estate team and the Commercial Disputes team, before qualifying into the Wills & Inheritance Disputes team in 2025.
Helene is a committee member of Ashfords' XYBC, a networking group for aspiring business leaders and professionals. Helene is regularly involved in organising and hosting events for young professionals in the Exeter area.
