Ellen Parker

Biography

Ellen is a Paralegal in the Employment Team. She assists on a wide range of both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Ellen has experience in assisting both claimants and respondents in bringing and defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, Employment Appeal Tribunal and Court of Appeal. She has been involved in preparations for various Employment Tribunal hearings, liaising with clients and counsel. Where appropriate, Ellen assists in the negotiations of settlement agreements on behalf of clients.

Ellen also assists with drafting employment documentation such as company policies and contracts of employment.

Prior to joining Ashfords in 2017, Ellen completed her law degree at the University of Exeter. She is currently studying for her LPC and LLM part-time at the University of Law.
