Solicitor
Chloe is a Solicitor in the Family team. Chloe assists the team with a range of private family law matters including divorce, financial remedy and child arrangements.
Before qualifying into the Family team, Chloe undertook seats in Commerical and Restructuring & Insolvency.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Chloe gained experience in debt recovery and financial services disputes & investigations as a paralegal at two nationally recognised law firms. In addition to this, Chloe gained advocacy experience in the welfare benefits sector of the Bristol Law Centre, where she represented clients at the First Tier Tribunal to appeal PIP decisions made by the DWP.
Chloe studied a qualifying law degree at the University of the West of England before obtaining her LPC and LLM in Advanced Legal Practice.
