Solicitor
Chloe is a solicitor in the Family team and a member of Resolution. She takes a commercial approach to her advice and advises clients across a range of private family law matters including complex child arrangements, divorce and financial remedy. Chloe also advises unmarried and soon-to-be married couples on asset protection, cohabitation agreements, pre-nuptial agreements and post-nuptial agreements.
Chloe assists her clients with sole and joint divorce applications, voluntary financial disclosure, out of court settlement and contentious financial proceedings. In addition to conventional financial claims, Chloe has experience in dealing with third party experts, cross-border divorces and issuing outside of the jurisdiction. She has particular experience with intervenor claims from third parties making claim to her client’s businesses and business assets. Chloe takes a meticulous approach to her research; she strives to understand the nature and inner workings of her clients’ businesses on a detailed level.
Chloe also advises on complex children issues involving child arrangement orders, child maintenance, schedule 1 claims for financial support, guardianship, and family assessments. She has advised clients through contentious child arrangements proceedings involving Cafcass reports, child therapists, and obtaining disclosure from schools, health visitors, and the police. Chloe has also assisted with matters involving complex welfare concerns and fact-find hearings. Chloe is compassionate and ensures her clients are listened to.
Before qualifying into the Family team, Chloe undertook seats in Commercial and Restructuring & Insolvency. Chloe draws on her experience with these teams to assist Family clients who are also experiencing issues with their business interests. Chloe works collaboratively with colleagues across all departments to provide tailored advice to clients on a range of matters.
