National law firm Ashfords advise Comapi on their sale to DotDigital Group

The Comapi group of companies, headquartered in Cheltenham, has been acquired by London-based DotDigital Group for £11 million. Comapi is an omni-channel messaging and cloud communication market with revenues of £7.8 million, and employing approximately 30 people.

Ashfords' Head of Corporate and Commercial, Andrew Betteridge, led the team advising the shareholders of Comapi on the sale to DotDigital. Andrew commented on the acquisition; "The sale of Comapi to DotDigital is a strong move for both companies, reflecting the commitment and growth within the technology sector. We are pleased to have advised the shareholders of the Comapi on their sale, which will see their fantastic work continue to grow under new leadership".

DotDigital provide SaaS and managed services to digital marketing professionals through the dotmailer platform.
