Ashfords advised investors Highland Capital, Notion Capital, MMC Ventures and Eden Ventures on the 2013 funding round of NewVoiceMedia, which was led by US fund Bessemer Venture Partners and listed by Growth Business as one of the largest UK technology venture capital investments of 2013.
The $35 million Series C round followed a $20 million Series B round earlier in the year and brought the total invested in NewVoiceMedia to over $60 million.
Corporate partner Chris Dyson led the Ashfords team.

NewVoiceMedia is a global provider of cloud contact centre solutions, and was named one of 20 Red Hot Pre-IPO Companies in 2014 B2B Tech by IDG Connect and shortlisted in the ‘Most Innovative Enterprise Cloud Solution' category for the 2014 UK Cloud Awards.
