Ashfords is pleased to announce that, due to continued success and growth of the firm, they are increasing their Trainee Solicitor intake.
This is positive news for applicants, as it means that the firm is now looking for five additional Trainees to commence in September 2015 and in September 2016, and fifteen Trainees in total to start in September 2017.
The firm has invested in an internal Learning and Development programme, the Ashfords Academy, to help staff expand their knowledge and skills base, and is introducing a number of initiatives to improve on staff engagement.
Ruth Murray, Partner of the firm, said: "We are delighted to be able to offer additional Trainee intake places for Ashfords, as it reflects our continued success and growth within the firm. We have always regarded our Trainees as our future partners, so this is an investment in the firm's future."
To meet the growing needs of the firm and its clients, at the beginning of March Ashfords was delighted to take on five of its Trainee Solicitors as newly-qualified Solicitors.
Ken Bryant, Head of Human Resources at Ashfords, commented: "This is a very exciting opportunity for Ashfords and we are looking forward to welcoming the additional Trainees on board in September."
