North Somerset Council has issued a call for sites as it prepares to put together its new local plan for the period to 2038. Would be participants have until 12 October 2020 to submit their sites. Note that as per the quote below, some land will already be deemed to have been put forward - for example those that were part of the doomed Joint Spatial Plan.
It may need to hurry on with the preparatory work, given the sweeping changes to the way in which local plans will be prepared, and how they will look, proposed in the recent Planning for the Future White Paper.
