Philip Turner joined leading law firm Ashfords LLP as a Partner. He has recognised expertise in investment funds and commercial property. Philip has previously acted for FCA authorised fund promoters, high net worth individuals and property development and investment firms.
Philip specialises in investment property, and a significant amount of this work has involved tax efficient, finance related property transactions using complex offshore structures. He has an international client base, with clients ranging from the former Russia/CIS and the Middle East. Philip is also recommended for Real Estate and Investment Funds by the legal directories.
Since 2002 Philip has been a partner at Fladgate, where he sits within the Investment Funds Group.
