Accidents at work

Helping you receive the support and compensation that you may need after an accident or injury at work.

We have many years of experience successfully advising employees who have suffered accidents at work.

Often clients may not be sure if they have a claim or if they are an employee or self-employed. We can provide practical advice and assistance and are happy to speak to you initially for no charge, so that you can make a more informed decision about what to do after an accident at work.

The risk of an accident at work remains real. The latest figures from the Health and Safety Executive show that 123 workers were killed in work related accidents in 2021/22, there were also an estimated 565,000 workers who sustained an injury at work according to the Labour Force Survey.

These statistics are striking but in fact there has been a reduction in the number of fatal and non-fatal injuries sustained at work - what has not changed is the trends between sectors.

Whatever your situation we can provide expert advice. Get in touch for a free initial consultation.
