Vicky Broom

Biography

Vicky is a solicitor in the real estate team specialising in development work.

Vicky supports the team by advising developers on both the acquisition and disposal of land for residential and commercial development.

Before joining Ashfords, Vicky completed her training contract at a Plymouth based law firm and completed seats in property finance, development and property litigation. Since qualifying as a solicitor in March 2023, Vicky built up a steady case load and acquired experience in commercial acquisitions, sales, secured lending and landlord and tenant matters.
