Biography

Sue is a CLC Licensed Conveyancer in our Residential & Rural Property Department. Sue has been qualified for 19 years.

She specialises in Residential Property and is involved in complex and high value title checking. She also provides advice and support to members of the Residential Conveyancing Department.

Sue deals with buying residential properties, both freehold and leasehold, including retirement properties. She also specialises in plot purchases on small and large developments.

She joined Ashfords in 2006. Prior to that Sue worked for a large law firm in Oxford for 18 years, where she gained a wide experience in residential property matters, sales and purchases, and built up a large case load. She also acted for Local Authorities, Police Authorities and Developers, large and small, setting up developments and dealing with plot sales.
