Sophie is a senior associate in the real estate team, specialising in the residential development sector.
Sophie advises on all aspects of development land matters and is experienced in a wide range of transactions including immediate and strategic acquisitions of development land.
Before joining Ashfords, Sophie worked at DAC Beachcroft LLP, where she acted for a number of PLC housebuilders, and a Wiltshire firm, where she acted for a broad range of SME developers and housebuilders, landowners, and local authorities.
