Chartered Legal Executive
Sian is a chartered legal executive in the property disputes team.
She joined the team in July 2025 and advises clients on a range of property dispute issues, while continuing to develop experience across all aspects of property litigation.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Sian specialised in dispute resolution and commercial litigation, acting for clients across a variety of sectors, including online marketplaces, energy, retail and consumer matters.
Sian trained and qualified at a Top 20 law firm for almost 10 years before joining Ashfords. She also spent a year on secondment at the Ministry of Defence.
