Trainee Solicitor
Shireen is a trainee solicitor in the property disputes team in our Bristol office.
Shireen is currently in the second seat of her training contract, having spent the first seat in the real estate team.
Shireen began her career in residential conveyancing as a Post Completion Assistant, managing Land Registry applications and resolving registration issues.
More recently, Shireen worked as a Real Estate Paralegal, supporting large commercial clients with planning agreements and assisting in commercial transactions by preparing Stamp Duty Land Tax (SDLT) returns and managing post-completion processes.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Shireen studied History at the University of Exeter, where she obtained her BA with honours. She then went on to achieve a distinction in her Masters in Law at the University of Law.
