Biography
Sebastian is a trainee solicitor who is currently in the real estate commercial property team in the Bristol office.
Sebastian began his career in the property sector, working is a team that specialised in telecoms Law. He has experience in advising clients on large scale commercial projects and the creation of leases in the telecoms field.
Sebastian has worked as a property paralegal in multiple top 100 firms before joining Ashfords.
He received a BA with honours in English Literature at the University of York and a Masters in Law at the University of Law.
Most recently, Sebastian has worked as a paralegal in healthcare property, supporting large commercial clients in the public sector with lease agreements, alternative bespoke occupation agreements and a variety of licence transactions.
