Solicitor
Ria is a Solicitor in the Property Disputes team.
She advises clients on a range of property matters including residential and commercial landlord and tenant matters, boundary and easement disputes and claims for adverse possession. Ria specialises in advising on agricultural property disputes, including Agricultural Holdings Act 1986 Tenancies and Farm Business Tenancies. She is a keen equestrian and also acts for various racehorse trainers in property dispute matters.
Ria also has experience in transactional real estate and construction litigation. Before training and qualifying at Ashfords, she spent a number of years working as a paralegal in the Commercial Disputes team at a top 20 law firm, where she primarily advised clients in the retail and energy sectors on debt claims and subsequent enforcement action.
