Biography
Rhian is an associate in the real estate team, specialising in the residential development sector.
Rhian has experience in many aspects of the real estate sector, ranging from reviewing titles for new developments, sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold properties, drafting and negotiating utility easements, reviewing and dealing with title issues, and acting for lenders on re-financing transactions.
Prior to joining Ashfords, Rhian trained and worked at Hugh James, where she acted for a number of Housing Associations, national developer clients, local authorities and lenders.
Relevant experience
- Drafting conditional and unconditional contracts of sale.
- Advising lenders on re-financing transactions to include reviewing the property title and raising any issues with the security property.
- Acting for housing associations on sales and purchases.
- Advising on Option Agreements.
