Trainee Solicitor
Phil is a fourth seat trainee currently working in the property litigation team under Rob Nicholson.
Phil's first trainee seat was in the marine and transport team, which is nationally recognised for its expertise in ports, harbours and coastal development assisting with work for a range of ports, harbours and local authorities. Her second trainee seat was in residential and rural conveyancing, where she assisted at all stages of residential property sales and purchases. Phil particularly enjoys undertaking first registration work involving farmland with residential property. Phil’s third trainee seat was in the real estate department where she assisted in the acquisition and disposal of development land. Phil also assisted in dealing with various aspects of commercial leaseholds including licences for works and assignments.
Prior to commencing her training contract, Phil studied the LPC and has a first-class law degree from the University of Plymouth. In previous employment, Phil has held supervisory roles and has experience handling confidential and sensitive data. Phil is also alumni of the United World Colleges.
